Jimena J. Pitty

Jimena J. Pitty earned a double B.A. in International Affairs and Latin American-Caribbean Studies and a M.Sc. in Environmental and Sustainable Development. She worked at the United Nations Children Fund before becoming a science teacher. She later joined STRI as a Science Education Specialist and later as the Manager of one of STRI’s public program facilities, the Punta Culebra Nature Center, where she runs several education programs.
