Melissa Alamo serves as Director of Program Design & Strategy at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, supporting the Character & Leadership portfolio of programs. She has a background in youth development, including college access and postsecondary success, and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and going on walks in nature.
