Shenzhou 8 Docks In Orbit
China succeeds on its first space rendezvous and docking mission.
Nov. 2 update: The unmanned Shenzhou 8 spacecraft docked with the orbiting Tiangong 1 test module today, as China continues to develop hardware and procedures for its own modest-size space station.
