Centaurus Swarm
NGC 4696 is the brightest galaxy in a cluster that contains hundreds of galaxies. This image from the Hubble Space Telescope shows its unique structure, with curling filaments that seem to be the result of a supermassive black hole at the galaxies center, as hot gas gets pushed outward.
