James Hagengruber

Jim Hagengruber spent more than a decade as a daily newspaper reporter before joining the U.S. Department of State in 2009. His Foreign Service postings have included Bosnia and Herzegovina, India, Cape Verde, Serbia, and Newport, Rhode Island, where he recently completed a master’s degree at the U.S. Naval War College.
