S.C.R.A.P. Gallery is the only children’s art and environmental conservation museum in the Coachella Valley, and the only one of its kind in Riverside County, CA. The facility allows for creative expression and education to take place.

Students, kids and families create art on-site by using donated discarded materials while at the same time learning about complex environmental issues, arts, culture, science and much more.

Exhibits

The gallery exhibits works of art by renown artists alongside those of S.C.R.A.P. Gallery youth, and houses both permanent and temporary interactive exhibits on issues including recycling, water, oceans, and climate change.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis. Smithsonian magazine encourages museum visitation, but is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of the participating museums and cultural venues, and does not subsidize museums that participate.
