Miniature Engineering Craftsmanship Museum

The Miniature Engineering Craftsmanship Museum (MECM) is the only permanent exhibit of miniature engineering craftsmanship in the world. Established in 1996 by the late Joe Martin, the Craftsmanship Museum honors the individual builders of finely crafted miniature works of art in wood and metal representing historical mechanical achievements through modern day inventions.

Housing over 1500 exhibits and a small machining library dating back to the late 1800’s, the museum’s 16,000 square foot facility is open Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM with free parking and handicap accessible facilities.

Live miniature engine demonstrations are performed daily at 10 a.m., Noon, and 2 p.m.

Participation in Museum Day is open to any tax-exempt or governmental museum or cultural venue on a voluntary basis.
