View Over the City

From the top of its famous inclined plane, built as a result from the historic flood of 1889, you see here a partial birds-eye view of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, USA from the perspective of the world's steepest inclined plane, where flood waters once gushed through over 100 years ago.
