View of Shirley Plantation in Charles City, Va through the protective limbs of a 350 year old Willow Oak

Let us protect our history- During our wedding journey to historic Charles City, we visited a couple of plantations In the area. The beauty of the old willow oak overpowered the huge main house of the Shirley Plantation. In the photo the tree is appearing to protect this building or maybe protecting our history from the era of the Civil War. Let us protect our history!
