Hangzhou is a city of contrast. The ancient capital of the Song dynasty has quickly become a beacon of technological development in China; and the city's fast rise is evidenced by juxtaposed images of 'old and new.' This image considers Hangzhou's ancient God Pavilion and West Lake (bottom left), against the home of tech giant Alibaba's booming skyline.
