Tinkuy Chiuchillani

Tinkuy Chiuchillani is a traditional dance of the Andes. Men dressed like huallatas or Andean geese native to the area walked and ran around the territory of Chahuaytire before to begin theatrical courtship with the single women of the town. It was on Midwife’s day during Carnival season, in Pisac, north of Cusco.
