The sun peaks through the clouds on a flock of gulls on Marshall's Beach, San Francisco

This photo was captured by my wife, Eva, when we were on a long walk along the San Francisco coastline from Ocean Beach to the Golden Gate Bridge. Our goal was to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and see the wilder, and quieter, side of the city. The scene is a flock of seagulls on Marshall's beach, where the late afternoon sun was just streaming through the clouds on an otherwise gray and gloomy day.
