The last house in Thistle

In the 1980's a massive landslide, one of the worst and most costly in U.S history, took out an entire town in a matter of minutes. The town, based around the Central Corridor rail line up Spanish Fork Canyon in Utah was mostly abandon due to the advent of the Diesel locomotive before the mud slide. Now all that stands is this house, a shed and the foundation of the small school.
