The feet of a baby coming for a new bandage

This was taken during a humanitarian mission in Burkina Faso with the Laafi-Bala organisation. Baby feet are often the only indication that a mother is carying a child hidden under layers of clothes. As shown by the dirty bandage on the baby's foot, this one was coming for a fresh one.
