Shear madness in New Zealand

A visit to Toby Hill Farm, a rural working sheep station in the Southern Alps in New Zealand garnered us a demonstration on how to shear a sheep. We had the opportunity to buy some of the onsite products, including some of the best lip balm made with lanolin.
