Loy Krathong is one of Thailand’s most beautiful annual festivals. Thai people pay homage to the goddess of waters in November during the full moon of the twelfth lunar.I took this picture at the Wat Phan Tao Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai. Monks lit the candles before releasing the lanterns.
