Oppression represented in street art

Street art is extremely explosive in Colombia. It is a form of expression amongst artists and citizens alike. The photo shows a man on another man's back, as to be holding him down. The man who is being held down is also wearing a saddle and there are two horses in below him. Additionally, the man who is being held down has birds on a string who are unable to be free and fly.
