Making Tea

My husband was given the contact information for a tea maker in Maokong, Taiwan, and decided it would be a fun trip to take his tea appreciation club to visit the tea farm. The man who owns it produces organic tea, and if you visit his farm, he shows you how to complete the tea process by hand. Here he is, moving our tea to a new bamboo mat to continue the fermentation process.
