Little girl, Lantern Festival, Hội An

For centuries, the Vietnamese have considered the full moon a time to pay their respects to their ancestors, hold candlelit ceremonies at temples and generally make merry. On the 14th day of each lunar month, the town of Hội An trades its electric lights for traditional colored lanterns. Locals welcome visitors to partake in the event by sending paper lanterns with a candle passenger down the river. Fuji X-T2 Fuji XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R LM OIS 37.4mm ƒ/4 1/30s ISO 800
