Life beyond religion-the Holi Festival at Nandgaon, Uttar Pradesh

India is a land of cultural diversity where people celebrate different festivals throughout the year. Nandgaon, in Uttar Pradesh, is the birth place of Lord Krishna where thousands of devotees gather both from Barsana(birth place of Goddess Radha) as well as from all over India to witness this spectacular riot of color during Holi. When the wise old men from Barsana arrive at the Nadgaon temple, they are cordially received with splash of warm red color powder.
