Golden Girl

On the her last sailing of the 2015 season, fans of the S.S. Badger gathered to welcome her home to Ludington, Michigan. The last coal-powered passenger steamship in the U.S. is a registered historical site and was recently granted designation as an official continuation of U.S. Highway 10 across Lake Michigan. As one of her many fans, I celebrate this golden girl with well wishes for a long life.
