Flamenco dancer, Museo de Flamenco, Seville, Spain

In this dance, the flamenco dancer was portraying love and loneliness. She danced alone, and I imagined that the dance portrayed the mix of passion and devastation felt when a long love affair has ended. As I captured this shot, a young man in the front row looked up at her, tears slipping slowly down his face.
