Cappadocia from above
Cappadocia's biggest markets are textiles and tourism, and it is excellent at both. It is known particularly for its unique landscape featuring "fairy chimneys," as seen in this shot.
I had first seen a photo of this scene when I was around 10, in one of those "see before you die" books and picked it out as my ultimate bucket list item. As a student in Turkey twelve years later, this was the splurge of my semester, and worth every lira.
