Omo valley, Hamar tribe: The most dramatic and significant ritual is Bull-Jumping ceremony (Ukuli Bula) which represent a life –Changing event for the young man (Ukuli) who passes from boyhood in to adulthood. This is a three days ceremony. In the first day afternoon the women after their dance are collecting the cattle and taking them to the special place, where the bull jump will be. I wanted to show this moment in my picture.
