After the storm

We arrived for vacation in Corolla, North Carolina just as the remnants of hurricane Maria were beginning to pass by the Outer Banks. Luckily we only got some wind and just a little rain. The ocean was very rough and the red flags were out but ever day we would go to look out at the beach and sea. By Wednesday evening the storm had passed and we were able to walk out into the water. I managed to capture this image on my phone just as the sun was setting.
