A row of gondolas enjoying the setting sun

Walking through Venice, a city where every picture you take can be turned into a postcard, I saw this row of gondolas just bobbing slowly in the churning waters of Venice. It reminded me of a painting my dad made in Bora Bora, and I had to take a picture of it to show him how similar the world is, no matter the distance. The overwhelming blue aspect of the portrait is very calming.
