A fisherman checks his nets on Lake Toba, Indonesia

A Batak fisherman braves an approaching storm to check his nets on Lake Toba, Sumatra. This lake is located in northern Sumatra, Indonesia, and was formed by one of the largest volcanic calderas on earth. It is now home to the Batak people who live on islands throughout the lake.
