The Forgotten World

As I stood there with the old vines and weeds growing out of the cement cracks I couldn’t help but admire the beauty of the combination of creativity and empty space. If beauty is what you make of it, welcome to this beautiful world I've come to know. A gifted world that is kept forgotten because the city deemed them damaged. This world isn't too far away from home; but I love the ability to call it my own. The beauties you can find via traveling are so mesmerizing and I've always believed that a sustainable travel is a travel you enjoy and can afford. And this beautiful forgotten world comes at a high cost; appreciation. Not something many can afford.
