Duck, Duck, Goose!

While I was on a service trip to Nagpur, India this summer, I was taking photos of our group playing with local slum kids when I realized how much I can help at home; there are children who need a friend, girls who need empowerment, and people whose basic needs aren't being met everywhere. Though it was an incredible experience for me to come to India, one truly doesn't need to travel to serve. Sustainable travel is serving wherever we are, whoever we are with, and it doesn't have to be in some extravagant location; it can be just as impactful to serve within the walls of your own home or in your own community.
