Yoga Under a Train: "Take it easy you're not ok!!!"

Yoga is being embraced across American. Some do it for fitness, some do it for mental heath, some for both but always with the desire to somehow improve where we are at a given moment in our lives. When asked to take yoga photos for an instructor I agreed if I could take them someplace not associated with yoga (like the beach). So we headed for the railroad tracks. Under and over pass. Covered in graffiti. We picked our way through discarded needles and for several poses we ended up under the train. The pose is almost lost in this photo but the quote behind was a defining message. "Take it easy, you're not okay"
