Wherever you see ashes

There's a famous saying in Bengali by the Nobel laureate Rabindranth Tagore; meaning..'Wherever you see ashes, keep searching..you may end up finding a priceless gem.' Bagree market in Kolkata, India recently caught fire and all shops and stores were mostly charred to ashes in a fire that lasted almost a week. The debris being removed everyday from the burnt building, two rag picker women search the ashes and debris, hoping to find something useful.
