Tattooed people is a normal sighting in Buscalan, Kalinga in the Philippines. They are famous to tourist because of the traditional hand tapped tattoo given by Apo Whang-Od and her apprentice. Elder women wear the tattoo symbolizing heirarchy, achievements and fashion.
