THE TOUCH OF GOD

This picture is the moment of the Gajon Festival of West Bengal , India. This festival is specially centered to Lord Shiva. It is arranged mainly by mendicants (Persons begging or relying on charitable donations) who are referred as “Gajan Sanyasis”. This Festival is done to please the lord and get his blessings for her husband and children. During this ritual this gajon sanyasis are being worshiped & treated as a god - Lord Shiva . In this image A gajan sanyasi is blessing a child & the moment looks like as the god Lord Shiva has touched the child. Nice to see & click it.
