The Molasses man.

Halim works seasonally at a local monastery and makes carob molasses in the traditional way. Carob molasses is absolutely delicious, is considered "mouneh" (preserved food for the winter) and is apparently beneficial for a variety of complaints from asthma to digestive problems.
