A Gulf War Veteran.   His makeshift fence tells it all.  They say to not wear your heart on your sleeve or you'll get burned.   But what is said for a burning man who puts his broken heart on the fence.  When all else is lost and everyone has failed him.   What is left of the man behind the fence.
