The Gagneux Family History

A personal project that I'm working on where I detail Laotian families' experiences with fleeing their native country in search for refuge in France during the Laotian Civil War has lead me to meet many people along the way. Through a friend, I was able to meet the Gagneux family, whose story was quite unique in that these were the descendants of the Laotian Royal family. Pierre Yves, the great grandson of the Prince Phetsarath invited me into the home that he shares with wife. Along with another Laotian family, the Chokbengbouns, we spent the day learning about the Gagneux's time in Laos, and the various objects that were brought over to France.
