The coconut cleaver

My friends and I were walking along the streets of Sint Maarten when we came across a gentleman selling coconuts and coconut milk. He used the cleaver to carve into the coconut with ease. One after another, he would pick them up, cut them, drain the milk into a container and repeat the process. The mans movements were mesmerizing.
