The Adventure of Childhood

My youngest son has an incredibly playful and creative spirit. I wanted to create a portrait that captures his sense of adventure and his love for childhood. He built a submarine out of cardboard boxes and made a hat out of newspaper. He even placed two working "guns" in the ship that shoot small balls of aluminum. He was having so much fun just enjoying the moment.
