Take a Breath, Take a Step

Sometimes, I wonder why I do the things I do? Especially when I struggle and they are difficult. I like to challenge myself, I like to step out of my comfort zone and experience new things. If I didn’t challenge myself, I’d never know what I’m capable of. So far, I’m glad to be able to say to myself; I’m pleased I did that. Hiking in the back-country hills of Eastern Canada, minus 25, windy and near zero visibility.
