Stilt fisherman at the Weligama beach

The stilt fishermen of Sri Lanka are, these days, mostly a tourist attraction, put together by enterprising locals and targeted, mostly, to groups of asian visitors, willing to pay money for shots. However, wake up at 4am, travel to the few places where they still practice as 100 years ago, and you can get the original experience!
