In the private enterprise, old disc wheels are repaired to make it new by painting, welding and retouching or sharpening to make the disc wheels look newer. After that, it will be sold to spare part service shops or private automobile mechanics in whole Vietnam. This mechanical service can contributing on reducing the steel industrial waste outside the environment
