Road works

The photo is showing a small village inhabitants taking their faith by their hands. After three days of stormy rains, the small gravel road to village and their only way to getting goods was destroyed. In a total absence from the authorities, the charismatic leader of the village (the man on focus) gathered everyone from all ages and started working all together to fix the destroyed road.
