Rice Workers

Paddy harvesting is the major economical empowerment of India. As rice is the maximum consuming food of India. Rice workers are using the traditional method of the rice processing from the paddy. This is the one of the oldest method & still sustaining. They first boil the paddy with hot steam & then dry on a flat surface on direct sun light. This method maintains the nutrition & taste of the rice equally.
