Perception of perfection of the perfection of perfection

My first visit to Washington. I saw that huge building, so perfect, the capitol. I observed the painter’s perception of the building. In his painting he was very small. My perception was very different, for me it was very big. so I tried to capture the two perceptions of that perfection.
