Patojos running though coffee fields
At the foothills of a volcano, children ran through the field during a water break; near the coffee plantation’s nearest tap, some 200 feet away from where their mothers and siblings pick coffee beans.
Rather than attend school, several children of this town accompany their parents to pick coffee beans. Livelihood that earns them approximately $50 a month per worker. A more profitable option than an even lower salary for washing clothes.
