My sisters story

This is an image I took of my sisters eye. I witnessed her accident at about 8 years old when her eye was slit open by a broken bottle that had fallen. through many procedures and doctors who flew far and wide to see this strange injury, her eye was cured of blindness and she received a hefty amount of 70+ stitches in her eyeball itself. To this day I still admire the misshaped pupil that tells a story and how she overcame it.
