Mursi Tribesmen Admire Their Self-Portrait

Members of the Mursi tribe gather around to look at a photo of themselves taken only moments before with a Polaroid camera. Their faces betray pure wonder and delight. Weeks after having returned from Ethiopia, I look at this picture and smile; it captures so much of what I love about humanity.
