Migrant Mother Carries Child at a Refugee Camp in Tijuana, Mexico

A mother carries her sleeping child into the women and children’s shelter at El Barretal in Tijuana, Mexico, Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018. The specially designated structure for women and children contains a former bar that is now a temporary dispensary of diapers, baby formula and personal hygiene items. Health workers and volunteers man the facility wearing medical masks as many refugees have become ill after the former shelter was flooded by rain. Asylum seekers previously housed at Benito Juarez sports complex have been moved on Friday, Nov. 30, 2018, due to flooding from rainfall. The new camp location, El Barretal, is a former concert venue that has been repurposed into an impromptu shelter. Photographer/Zin Chiang
