Man and his horse

We had a rest stop at the Resturante El Picadero in La Fortuna Costa Rica. This is a place that on weekends after the rodeo, all of the cowboys congregate. The owner is a horse trainer and saved the horse in the photo from the glue factory. The horse was once one of his high stepping show horses but is now retired. The owner was near tears when he told the story. He will be without his best friend when the end comes.
