Making mondongo over a fire in Quilotoa, Ecuador

A group of Kichwa people from Quilotoa, Ecuador take a break around a cooking fire after a minga, or collective work party. As they rest, a woman stirs a pot of mondongo, a soup made from the head and hooves of a sheep.
